Follow My Health is your patient portal for Pioneer Valley Surgical Associates. The portal is safe and secure, allowing you to communicate privately with our office when it’s convenient for you.
Log in or create your secure, online account.
How to Register
- Click on the Patient Portal button above to create an account.
- If you already have a Follow My Health account with another provider select “Add This Connection.”
- Choose a log in method.
- Follow the on-screen prompts.
- When you have finished, you will see an icon showing your information loading into your portal.
